In the whole process, players need to turn, twist and communicate with each other. This develops communication skills and increases problem-solving experiences. 

  1. Blind Retriever:

Blind retriever is a game that requires at least 4 players divided into 2 groups. This game is great for communication skills. Not only skills but also it brings great fun. The duration of this game is generally between 5-10 minutes.

Firstly, two teams must be divided and one player from each team will be blindfolded. Then an object will be placed anywhere in the room. Finally, the blindfolded player will find the object with the assistance of his other teammates. The teammates will guide him or her. Whoever finds the object first, wins that round. 

  1. The Perfect Square:

A team game that can develop qualities like leadership, listening, pressure management, and many more. The equipment needed for this game is blindfolds and two long ropes (with ends attached) 

Players are to be divided into two groups and each group will have a group leader. All the players except the group leader will be blindfolded. All the blindfolded players will obey the command of the group leader to form a perfect square using the rope. The team to complete the task first wins. 

  1. Two Truths and One Lie:

The ultimate way to develop understanding and gather knowledge about each other is this game named “Two truths and one lie”. In this game, everyone will tell 3 facts about themselves. And the fact is, two of them are truths and one is a lie. Others need to identify the lie. 

This game helps to increase understanding between each other. Also, public speaking and idea-generating skills hype up.

  1. Group Debates:

Handling agreements, disagreements, and diversified opinions and respecting them is a mandatory requirement to survive as humans. Also, placing one’s own thoughts in any environment is a skill.

Debates are always the remedy for these problems. An international group can debate with each other, know each other’s thoughts and opinions, learn from them and respect their point of view. Any topic can be selected for the debate and everyone should speak up in this activity.

Stop walk is a game that energizes the whole team. Basically, one person will be elected as the leader. All the other members except for the leader will get scattered in the room. 

The leader will call names and command them to walk or stop. And the group member needs to follow the leader’s command reversely. That means, when the leader says stop, the member will walk and when the leader says walk, the member will stop. This game enhances precise command following skills between international groups.

Laser tag is a fun game that requires lots of skills. Basically, two teams are made at any laser tag center (found in malls and clubs). Then the fight begins. A fight with laser guns and laser bullets causes zero harm. 

Playing this game increases squad intellect. The proper usage of limited ammunition, helping and saving teammates, proper position, correct timing to attack and defense, etc. are the gist of this game. This game is a little costly but helpful to develop excellent team coordination.

Two teams start playing this game trying to eliminate members of the other team by hitting them with water balloons. The eliminated player cannot rejoin in that round. But from the next round, he/ she can play again. This game effectively moralizes a group and increases team coordination.

Blind Drawing is a game that requires skills. Not only communication skills but also artistic skills are needed. The artist is given a paper and pencil. Then he or she is blindfolded. The partner is given a piece of a photo. Then the partner describes the photo and the artist tries to draw. The team with the best photo within the time limit wins.
